The Old Bell is now serving exclusively, traditional English and Continental Bar food

The Old Bell at Wooburn Green has been a public house for centuries, two as a matter of interest. Since 1998, myself, Peter Lim, took it over and changed it into a bar with a restaurant and bed and breakfast. It has been well supported by locals and guests from further a field, Australia, South Africa, Canada, America, New Zealand and Europe.

In January 2010, we a new concept. We are now serving good, traditional pub food with Sunday roast.

In the bar, we serve lagers, real ales (one guest ale which changes on a very regular basis), good choice of wines, a selection of malt whiskys and other liquors. It is a very comfortable and welcoming bar with regulars often ending up in conversation with new guests. Being close to sporting facilities, we often have groups from the tennis club, football clubs and badminton club. We also serve food in the bar area when customers prefer the less formal atmosphere.
